We exclusively use a next-day delivery service for UK orders. This means that once your order is processed, you can expect it to be delivered to your designated address within the UK the following business day.
Free Delivery for Orders Over £100
We're pleased to offer free delivery for orders over £100 within the UK. For eligible orders, the shipping fee will automatically be waived during the checkout process.
Shipping Confirmation
Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status and delivery progress of your order through our designated carrier.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. We will deliver to the address provided, and any discrepancies or errors in the address may result in delayed or non-delivery of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
At G.O.D Customs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The item is in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
- The item is unworn, unused, and free from any signs of damage or alteration.
- You initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Fill out our Return Request Form, including the RA number, and include it with your return package.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 3 business days for your refund to appear in your original payment method. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping charges.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process (as outlined above) to return the original item, and then place a new order for the replacement item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
